Returns & Refunds

Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request. Because this is a personal-care product, please contact us before returning an opened or used item so we can explain the available options and any hygiene requirements.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, include a description and photos where possible; we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not send an item back until you receive return instructions. We will explain any applicable return-shipping costs before you send it.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–7 business days for processing, with additional time possible depending on your payment provider. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
